Description

Basically my last build from here: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/b/yxyfrH Bought the 7600k and h100i v2 from centrecom on the 10th of Jan and I bought the mobo, ram and GTX 1060 in mid November. Before you comment saying I should've bought the RX 480 or a Z270 mobo, I bought the GPU before the RX 480 better drivers were released and the Z170 way back with the intention of non k overclocking which failed drastically. Also cant think of a name so can you guys help me out!

Holy!! Color management on point. Nice build! Although, consider putting a black sticker on the thermaltake logo.

You could also get some custom stickers to go with your build theme.

Nice build, very clean! Looks a lot like my build, same cooler on my Msi rx480 and h170 mobo has the same design just not for over clocking. Only I have the elite s340 I wanted a giant glass pane on the side. All in all this things is a beast +1

Nice build. Looks nice and neat. Question. Are all your fans exhaust fans or are you blowing in hot air into the case from the front? Sorry just trying to position my own fans the right way, in the same case.

The sp120s are intaking air form the front, and the rgb fans are exhaust fans.

Why did you upgrade from an i5 6400 to an i5 7600k? I would have waited until Ryzen gets released and the possible CPU price drops. The 6400 and 7600k performance isn't too much different, either.

Because I'm not interested in Ryzen. Plus I got the cpu a lot cheaper because I know the owner of the store and he sold it cheaper because he was sent a lot more cpus then intended. Plus I had a z170 board and not using it to its full potential because non k overclocking failed for me.

REALLY love your pc, best black/red build ive seen! i was just wondering if you ever had any kind of problem with the psu when overclocking

sorry for the late reply, I've had no problems with this psu at all, only a 4.3ghz overclock on the cpu but would recommend this psu.

It around 50c at idle no fan spin and I live in Melbourne Australia and its currently winter but when I built it it was summer and it was the same temp.

What programs should I use to benchmark. I have bought 3DMark but that's it.
