Description

This build is based off of the god of the east wind, one of the four directional Anemoi (Wind-Gods). He was associated with the season of autumn and dwelt near the palace of the sun-god Helios in the far east.

I know the hardware is a little old but still packs a good punch when playing games and enjoying anything else you can throw at it.

I will hopefully have my firestrike scores and cinebench scores once I can.

If you all have any questions feel free to ask away.

Thanks for stopping by :)

Those Braided cables are sick man. I never though the Noctua signature colors could look so sexy. Grat build.

Never though Noctua colors could look good. And why are all the prices set to 0? impressed

Most of prices are 0.00 cause I owned the parts already. If you like I can try to find my receipts and give you a price of how much everything was once completed.

Wow something is wrong noctua is looking pretty good...

Seriously though, the cables are nice. Use it without any LEDs though other than white, ruins the feel.

Yeah if you ever have questions about how to make custom cables check out the overclock.net forums there is a wealth of information on pin layout and how to build them.

Everyone whines about Noctua colors (myself included) and here you not only embrace them but make them look good. Excellent work sir!

Thanks definitely would agree with you the colors may be brown and tan but if you can find a way to make it work you find a really great system with a great set of fans to go with it :) thanks for the comment.

Looks great, tell me the length of the cables 24pin and 8pc-e? I want to do for my ncase=)

  • 1 point

Lengths are the following I would recommend: 24 PIN 25CM depends on the location of the motherboard you buy 8 PIN CPU 30CM depends on the location of the motherboard you buy 8 PIN PCIE 15CM depends on the graphics card you use. SATA connectors 3 on it 25CM

Yeah it varies alot but with my board these were my sweet spots that worked the best.

Hope this helps

Thx, gtx 1080 ti FE, Initially took the wires under the asus strix, but decided to change. Thanks, on a motherboard such length also assumed.

Yeah I thought about a 1080TI founders card when I first start spec'ing the build but thought 2 much power and did not know if the 600WATT would be enough to do all the things I wanted to do with it.

I can try to put all of the pricing of the parts together keep in mind some of them have long since stop production so it will be difficult but will try my best :)
