It was a long over due of saving money for this build. It had to be Watch Dog ready running at max with no problems. But in the meant time it was to replace my old PC i build many years ago. This is just my everyday use and gaming.
I have a nice ASUS VN247H-P 24 to go with this nice built i brought a month ago, shocking to see the price went up, lucky me.
Since i got Logitech Z313, its not on my desk yet due to no space to plug it in smh. Im going to need to buy new surge protector with 10 or 12 outlets.
CPU: I went with i7 4770k instead of i5 4670k. Will be keeping stock speed.
CPU Cooler: Went with popular cooling Hyper 212 EVO and its doing its job good. Took me awhile figuring how to install it then end up watching youtube video for help lol.
Motherboard: I was choosing between Asus Pro or Gigabyte UD4H, then end up going for Gigabyte since my friend was picking that board for his build.
Ram: Just liking how Vengeance LP looks.
Memory: Got my OS on SSD and storage on HHD
Video Card: I had in mind going for GTX 770 at first then end up going with GTX 780 to last me on the long run.
Case: Just love how awesome the C70 case looks.
PSU: Corsair CX750M or EVGA SuperNOVA NEX750B, end up picking EVGA just to keep red theme going.
OS: No problem with installing Windows 8.1
Keyboard / Mouse: Since there was no M40 at the Microcenter store, i end up getting M65 and went with Raptor K40 for multicolors setup.
Side note: The build is not complete just yet, i plan to replace the case fan with red LED's
05/03/2014 - So i added Corsair AF 140 white LED fans at the top. Changed the front blue LED fans and back exhausted fan that came with the case with Corsair AF 120 red LED fans.
Oh what are some good benchmark programs i can download so i can post?
