More than anything i'll ever need but why not

next on the list is a bigger desk and maybe some non stock fans for the radiator

took like 2 weeks to find a 1080 that wasnt $200 over msrp so that was fun

omg we almost have the same parts...CPU, cooler, MOBO, same GPU almost except mine is a 1070, and the same monitor. OOh and we have the same colors too. I have RGB RAM though set to blue

i thought about going all out with rbg, but since i put this under my desk and dont really see it i realized i kinda went overboard with the rbg. But from just the things i have i can tell this case would look great with a ton of rbg things

"More than anything i'll ever need"

That is exactly what they told me when I bought my IBM Aptiva 166. I think I paid more than your current system... lol

+1 for choice on monitor, it remains an amazing 1080p monitor for its price. In my opinion, maybe the best performance/price ratio in the whole monitor market, I got mine for $220!

Might just be me, but it seems weird that you would go all out with an 8700k and liquid cooling and a 1080 etc, but only get a 250GB SSD and get a 5400RPM HDD... After windows and some other basic stuff, you'll only fit about 3-4 games on that SSD at most... And that 5400 RPM HDD is going to slow you down massively... Any reason why you chose to go that way?

stolen_oats submitter 1 Build 1 point 1 month ago

i really just got the ssd for windows wasnt planning on putting many games on it only the 1-2 that i play almost daily and the hdd is one that i bought for my laptop a while back and just didnt feel like getting a new one yet, but will definitely get a 7200rpm one when ever i do get another one eventually

Monsterkill build, I have a question, your front fans pull air through the radiator into the case? Or push out the air?

stolen_oats submitter 1 Build 1 point 1 month ago

i have the 2 radiator fans on the front set to push through the radiator and the 2 in the back are set to pull
