Hi Everyone! Long story short, I built this budget computer for my Mom, because Mother's Day just passed and my sister and I wanted to treat her to something. My mom couldn't make the decision on getting an Apple Watch Series 4 w/ Cellular or a new computer. And I'm like dude wtf? Get a new computer, it's more practical and yours is basically in it's grave! Also, I don't want to keep on having to show her how to use an Apple Watch lmao. As she came to her senses, a week after Mother's Day she gave me her final decision on getting a new computer!

I set my budget to under $500. I'm lucky to live near a Micro Center which is why I have so many custom prices. I felt like I saved enough money to throw in some Green LED case fans for ***** and gigs LOL. Assembling in the Q300L was not bad at all, I always felt like I had enough room to maneuver things around. I tried my best to cable manage, but I kept going back and forth with saying my Mom doesn't care how it looks lol. Anyways, I'm happy to say that my grand total was $471.82 (w/ a refurbished BenQ monitor, wireless keyboard and wireless mouse [not listed, it was $25 for both]!

She's totally gonna Google Chrome the **** out of things now.

Nice build! Almost thought you didn’t have a graphics card but then I saw it. Great budget build!

How's the BenQ monitor?

Thanks! The BenQ monitor is great so far, I should add that it's a refurbished model bought from their website (it's still available if you're interested). No dead pixels, bright, smooth, and it came very well packaged. The only con would be that the speakers are very quiet on max volume.

You are welcome!

Not bad for $100!
