Despite EVGA's specs on the case and PC Part Picker's incompatability warning, the 770 fit in the case like a glove. I wouldn't recommend going any bigger, as the space left past the GPU is for cable management.
+1 for gaben background and the name evga ******.
I always love seeing GabeN backgrounds! +1
How are your gpu temps? I know there are issues with temps in that case if you don't use a blower style gpu.
I haven't seen the GPU hit 70
+1 for desktop background
That sink is just massive. Overclock that i7! That's what you've got the K for!
That's a lot of power packed in a mini-ITX. I like it.
Dat heatsink!? holy hell
dat background doe
why did you choose such a bad case, there are better and cheaper cases than that you know, also most other cases provide better cable management
+1 for gaben background
If it was a real EVGA build it'd had a GPU and PSU by them too.
It does have a PSU by them.
It does have an EVGA PSU that comes with the case, but I agree with the GPU. Maybe the ACX cooler is a bit longer than the direct CU 2 cooler
Actually, the ACX is almost exactly an inch SHORTER than the DCUII, and the EVGA card is only $20 more expensive, and probably would have fit the build better, but there must a reason for the DCU card.
maybe he just likes Asus's video cards more or he thought it would look better and it is one of the cheapest 770s only third to the PNYs.
