I would put a Maximus VI Hero. SupremeFX + red color (that's how I judge PC components.) + it's cheaper.
I got a bunch of downvotes the last time I said this, but the RoG boards from ASUS kind of irk me a bit. Coming from a company that produces such quality audio products and they cheap out on the quality of the components used in their on-board audio by not using solid caps. That was one of the reasons I went with the Sabertooth over the Hero. Well, that and when I do the airbrushing on my case, I intend to do the thermal armour as well.
I don't say Sabertooth sucks for your needs, I think it sucks for my own needs.
I'm not a big fan of the thermal armour, although it's quite easier to remove dust :P, but that's my opinion.
EDIT: There's also the Maximus VI Formula with it's kewl armour and stuffz.
As I said, the thermal armour was just one of the reasons I picked the Sabertooth, and a mainly aesthetic one at that. The main reason was that it's just a higher quality piece of equipment in general. For the record though, the thermal armour is effective at helping cool the board itself if you install the assist fans, but they're noisy little buggers. As I said, RoG boards are fine, I'm just surprised ASUS would cheap out on them the way they did.
