hi guys..my pc wont turn on and also cant boot,how can i save my files like pics and vids on my drive before i reformat it?

... but how do you expect to reformat the drive if it won't boot?

You need to sort out the boot issue first:

If you really need to lift the files, remove the drives and then connect to another PC via an external closure or other connection method.

If u really cant fix it then just do as ajcardiac said, connect the HDD to another PC and save the files.
