Is there a full ATX version? Will micro ATX be an issue?

Most likely not; almost all ATX mid towers can fit micro ATX boards nowadays. Sometimes it looks a little awkward having empty space on the standoff plate, but on the upside it gives you a little bit more room for cable management and airflow.

ive come to a conclusion with this build. i have no need over OC'ing based on my virtualization, processiong, multitasking and server/admin simulation requirements.. not too sure why i was going the 6600k>6000
