£300 Budget "Stopgap" Office PC

So my GF's PC broke, its an outdated dual core fm2 apu and 650ti 1gb. Currently we'll be able to share my computer. But by the end of September we will need a computer each. Taking financial priorities into account, I can't fork out for our (pipe-)dream build but a system is still needed. It needs to be able to handle moderate browsing (think Chrome with an average of 20 tabs) and moderate spreadsheet/microsoft excel work for her work in biology. No gaming is needed. This is my current draft. Thoughts?

Looks good. I don't really think 20 tabs average is moderate, but either way you might want to bump up the RAM to 16GB. That puts you over budget, so just go for a 1x8GB stick of RAM and add a second one a few months later if you need the extra memory.

I might have exaggerated thinking about it now. Thanks for the single stick tip
