I’m looking for a good 2600x cooler that would keep cool under long moderate to heavy loads. I don’t really have preference of water cooler vs air cooler as I don’t mind either. Preferably at or below 100$

AMD doesn't get as much from OC'ing, due to voltage limits, so a good HSF is your best route
