Am I cutting it too close

Planning to sli 2 GTX 780 and add a 3 TB HDD, estimated wattage is 803 watts. I know it overestimates a bit but I don't know how much.

So 850 watt psu or 1000/1050 psu?

Thanks

edit: BTW I do minor to moderate overclocks.

850 will be fine, as long as it's from a decent brand

Oh give me a break. You don't need a kilowatt PSU for dual-SLI overclocked. Not even for everyone's favorite buzz word "headroom". 850W is totally fine. Frankly, so is 750W. And that's with load degradation (ie, headroom) already accounted for.

You won't get anywhere near 600W peak.

I don't know why people in the position to give this advice never actually look up power consumption test results, and just brain-mouth whatever they heard from other brain-mouthers in the past. Numbers don't lie. That system is running an i7-3960X at 4.6GHz. If somebody told me my wattage peak was going to be higher than that test's, I would find it very hard to believe.

Obviously you don't want to get a 600W PSU just because of that test, but 750W or 850W certainly are totally fine, EVEN IF "you're overclocking"... Consider a kilowatt or higher only if you think you'll upgrade to 3-way SLI or 15 hard drives.
