How much power do I really need?

Ive been doing alot of research lately but im confused on how much power I really need. Althought im running on a budget here is my build list.

I wasnt sure if I should go 600watt, 650watt,700watt, or 750watt. Your feedback would definitely help me out, lmk if you have suggestion for a reliable quiet power supply

413W is what PCPartpicker estimates your max load to be. A 500W PSU would be adequate for this build. Some suggested reliable PSU OEMS would be Seasonic, XFX, Corsair.

500-600w will be more than enough
