Corsair CX430M is a entry-level semi-modular PSU with enough juice and connectors to power that GTX760 and locked Haswell CPU. Pretty much as basic as it gets to cover your build needs. The cable sleeving may be the only thing you may have trouble wrangling with in a mITX case since it uses the very round (somewhat rigid) vinyl woven sleeving.

Seasonic SSR-450RM is another solid option. Cables are flat and semi-modular. So it'll be alot easier to route around your CM Elite 130 case.
