Cheapest, most reliable secondary storage HDD? 2TB~

Just looking for a cheapy, 2TB Drive that I can use as a secondary storage space for Pictures, Movies, and other misc stuff I download/save to my PC Build. Not worried about installing games on them too much or anything.

Not too knowledgeable on HDDs, so was wanting to make sure I got a reliable one and not something that is known to be faulty.

Thank you for your help!

That is in the UK, though. Not the USA?

Somewhat cheaper, and plenty of people gripe at seagates: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/dxH48d/hitachi-ultrastar-7k3000-2tb-35-7200rpm-internal-hard-drive-hua723020ala641

But I'd really pay the extra $3 and get an extra TB: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Cs4gXL/hitachi-internal-hard-drive-hua723030ala640

Note that the Seagate mentioned (ST2000DM006) runs the same price as the 3TB Hitachi ($60). Backblaze seemed to do well with that model of Seagate (certainly better for any WD when they were still buying 2TB), but I've never heard of a bad run of Hitachi drives.
