Quiet replacement Fan for HP Pro Desk 600 G4

My PSU fan makes a high pitched noise that is very annoying. HP PN L08404-003. This computer is only 5 months old and the fan has been replaced by HP. Listening to another of the same model, it makes a similar noise.

I'd like to find a quiet replacement fan if possible.

If not, is there a way to use the components (HD, Motherboard/CPU/Memory) in a new case with a quiet PSU fan?

Thanks Joe

It has a propriety motherboard, case and power supply.

You can't change any of those parts in the HP computer.

You're kinda **** outta luck unless you take out the cpu, ram and storage and put them in a new motherboard, case and power supply.
