Thoughts on hardware for broadcasting PC?

So I am planning to build a computer that will be used for broadcasting live camera feed and power point presentations as the main purpose. No gaming will be done on this PC. What is the most vital hardware to consider for broadcasting? Generally we stream to Facebook Live or Twitch. This is what I have been recommended so far and just wanted some feedback before I started buying parts. I am trying to keep it under $600. Thanks!

I don't think I follow the "broadcasting" bit -- broadcasting how, where? But the list is a very reasonable non-gaming list, assuming you aren't going to have lots of things going on simultaneously. (in which case you might do better with 16GB memory.)

We would be live streaming to Facebook live. Thanks!

I don't have any experience with that, but I gather that the 2400G will do OK as long as you aren't doing a lot else with the computer.

Other ideas: 2600X for $40 more 2600 for $13 more 1700 for $23 more 1700X for $33 more

Any of these would keep it below $600 after MiRs.
