I need a really good psu. Maybe around 550w? And needs to be at least semi modular

Focus Gold from Seasonic would be a great choice. I've also made some changes to your list. Added a better monitor, SSD and motherboard.

In my opinion, I think the ROG board will perform better than the Msi one. I also personally like the looks more...

VRM's are worse on the ROG board but yes it does look better :)

Yeah the major change is the 2600X processor, that has higher boost clocks out of the box and some other minor changes to keep the price reasonable, like...

1) Cheaper non RGB modules that will work at 2933MHz for sure, if overclocked on that board.

2) A faster and bigger M.2 SSD drive that doesn't need any additional data and power cables to work, so that's a plus.

3) A GPU that relies on the same RTX 1660 (TU116-300-A1) processor chip, but with a higher boost clock.

4) Changed to a cheaper Case, but still decent with two LED front intake fans!

5) A full modular PSU from EVGA, that comes cheaper with mail in rebate, and it's pretty good too.

6) Similar 144Hz Monitor (like the one from the build list of F-22_Raptor), but still an excellent choice.

7) Last but not least, added an exhaust LED fan to be installed at the rear of that Fractal Design Case.

So, these are the chances i made for the better. But F-22_Raptor build is also pretty decent.
