650 is plenty. You honestly could probably get by with a GOOD QUALITY 550-600 watt, but 650 is certainly safer. People tend to way overestimate the wattage needed for their PSU.

You could get by with a 650W, but I went with a 760W for a similar build.

The 650W is more than enough. One suggestion I have is to upgrade the CPU cooler. I'd recommend a Noctua NH-D14.

That's not a power hungry gpu so 650 should be fine with an oc... 750 is better of course though for future proofing.
