I’m located in ON, Canada. Looking for a pc build that’s ~$1000-$1300, willing to spend a few extra bucks to RGB the thing up. After that looking at ~$500 for peripherals. Don’t need a mouse or headset, please include OS.

A bit closer to budget. Slightly less GPU than the other list, but should still beat 60+ fps at high settings in most titles, and by a substantial margin in many games. (1080p)

Thanks for the list, I really like it.

The only thing, is what peripherals would you recommend to go along with this? Or, what keyboard would you recommend, I’m currently looking at the CoolerMaster Masterkeys because of the ease of RGB, but anything else you think?

The AOC monitor mentioned above would be OK. I can't help with keyboards, I still use an apple keyboard from 2009...!

$44 over budget of $1800 (1300 + 500) Personally I would go with a 3600 with a cooler master hyper 212 cooler, all you get on a 3600x is a 2% fps difference.
