Platform upgrade to 3900x. Change anything?

I haven't built a system with an AMD processor in a very long while and this seems like a good time to dive in. I will use this for video editing and 1440p gaming at hopefully higher refresh rates. I set my budget for these parts at $1600 or a tad over is fine. Would you change anything on this list? I have storage, case and PSU already squared away. Thank you.

EDIT: I do plan on experimenting with overclocking.

Get the G.Skill Trident Z 16gb DDR4-3600 or get a cheap but good 32gb DDR4-3200.

OK thanks, that's better RAM then. No height issues with the Dark Rock Pro 4 I assume.

Better card for the motherboard, 32gb of 3600mhz ram, same cooler as it's a good cooler for the price.

Thank you. Is this motherboard better to OC with than the MSI Gaming Pro Carbon? I'm going to take your recommendation on 32gb of Trident but I am pretty firm on the RTX 2080 Super.

personally i would assume asus would be better to oc with but I don't know about those two specific boards, I'd research it.
