Not sure what CPU Cooler I need. I am looking for a good one that is not too expensive. I rather it not be liquid. No plans on overclocking so any recommendations pls send my way! Budget for whole pc is about 1.1-1.2k.

I added the hyper 212 rgb version since it's a pretty decent cooler (from what I've heard) at a good price. Plus it has rgb. I also put in the cheaper 1660 Super, which performs about the same as the 1660ti for less of the cost. I also added more storage since imo 256gb isn't enough.
