Could do better (here, you've got a much better CPU and GPU, of which you can use either to encode a stream)

Thanks for replying, I'm still only just trying to get a decent build without having to buy some expensive gpu or CPU. I believe that the 1660 super is close to the top of gpu performance for entry level stuff, only thing is it doesn't have RTX which I really don't mind not spending an extra 100 dollars for 4k that I'll barely use.

Even if you’re not using RTX, 1440p should be a nice compromise between FPS and resolution.
