you're really pushing these parts to their limits based on your budget, but you'd have a 144hz monitor for e-sports titles, 12 threads and headroom to upgrade to more RAM later on. But this would be a zippy PC for multitasking, editing & gaming as well.

also, that monitor is amazing & on sale from $280 right now.

Do you have a recommendation of some part(s) pass the budget, if so I'll put that into consideration too.

And thank you for the list!

the next level up/tier worth the money to upgrade to would be something like 1600-1800, and here's what I might recommend if you want more reliable 144fps performance in games/noticeable improvement for rendering & editing

If I were to include the 2TB SSD included in xxxtinct's post would it still be compatible with this build?

yes definitely. the 2060 super will give you better in-game performance by something like 15-20% compared to the 1660 super , I put more stock into the better case & larger storage capacity, but this is a great list too. I'd recommend stretching to get the 2060 super if you can, so you can get higher FPS at higher settings

Which case of the two would you consider better or more spacious/useful for long term usage and future upgrades

its mainly a toss-up, both come with 2 fans pre-installed. The Meshify has a longer max-video card length & maybe a bit better cable management support. subjectively the meshify looks much better to me. you can always browse cases by filtering for ones that have a power supply shroud & video card length, price, etc.

Take a little time to review some cases. Its a personal subject I think. I'm a big Phanteks fan and this new P400a (check the P400a Digital too), have a good value for the money. The video card length can be more than the meshify if we take out the drive cages. The meshify mentioned is a very good case too for sure. Take some time in this component, and choose for your self after some reviews. Take in consideration your style preference, airflow and cable management. Good luck
