Built my first pc a couple of years ago and am ready to go again, have a decent budget for this and would love to scale the gpu down but I do want give VR a good go and star citizen should it ever see the light of day. No flashy lights required and want it to be reasonably quiet as work on it every day.

Any recommendations gratefully taken on board
