Building a home PC and need extra eyes

I am building a home PC and needed some help with ensuring I have all the parts I need. I plan on transferring my retail Windows 10 Home license, reuse my old DVD ROM, keyboard, mouse, and monitor.

I plan on doing light video and photo editing with some light gaming. I do plan on adding a HDD in the future as needed, but for now I think this build will be OK.
I would like to keep the price around $1000 US but I can be flexible.

As for case choices, I prefer no window and no grill/fan opening on top. I keep stuff on top of my PCs. I don't want any LED fans nor any extra LED lighting anywhere else. I actually prefer to have dim status lights for the PC being on and HDD usage.

This is the build I am working with.

I updated the video car suggested. Looks nicer as well. Thanks. As for the MB, The MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard shares the PCIe buss with m.2 and 6 GB SATA. That may be an issue for me.

That isn't really too much of an issue, as it's unlikely you'll use all of the SATA ports

However, you could shave some dollars off your list (ignore the motherboard warning, the manufacturer says it is compatible)
