I have been going back and forth over which power supply to get now for the last week! I would like to get a 80+ gold efficiency PSU for about $80-$100, for this build. http://pcpartpicker.com/user/PCJosh1992/saved/HHtQzy

Would really appreciate the help!

I would not go with that rosewill personally, any gold rating corsair, xfx or SeaSonic would be your most reliable ones. this one is semi modular and gold+ for the same price as the rosewill.
