Which one is better?

I'm looking for a cheap aftermarket and these both have fairly high ratings and a low cost. Which do you think is better?

A. Xigmatek GAIA SD1283 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xigmatek-cpu-cooler-gaiasd1283

B. Zalman CNPS5X Performa http://pcpartpicker.com/part/zalman-cpu-cooler-cnps5xperforma

If it matters, here is what the rest of the build will look like: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/13rjm

The GAIA has a higher thermal mass and surface area so I'd put my money on that.

My thoughts exactly here.
