Will this work with my build?

I am using an i5-3470 and I was wondering if this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr910htx3g1 would be enough to keep my CPU cool. Also, if this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/17eB6 is my build, will I have to get a case fan or is the CPU cooler enough?

If you are not overclocking you can keep the stock cpu cooler.

If you are, buy a 212 EVO. best bang for your buck.
