Hi, I have decided to make the decision to upgrade my heat-sink in order to get my AMD 8120 to MAYBE 4Ghz +, the problem is what heat-sink to get. I've been looking at the H70, Noctua NH-C14 and the tuniq tower 120 extreme - They have to be below 156mm in height.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Hello, 2 really good Coolers that i have used are the CoolerMaster EVO 212 and The Noctua nh-d14. Both should easily get you to 4ghz.

The 212 and the NH-D14 both are too tall for the case that I'm using :C

Ah really? im kind of biased towards noctua, so get the NH-c14 if it fits.

I should be able to get it in there, it's only 130mm in height so it's not really a problem..bit expensive though for air cooled; then again it is from noctua and you get your money's worth.

Do you think I could get over 4Ghz with the C14? - Johnny
