Hyper 212 Temps High!

I've installed my cooler using a pea sized amount, set the cooler on etc all fine. I'm running and AMD FX8320 and my temperatures idle are around 30c and under load on Prime 95 it shoots up to the limit of 65c and I have to turn it off within two minutes. Are these too high for this setup, and how should i resolve this?

AMD CPUs often have problems with their temperature sensors, as said by talby subtract 10 to 15 degrees and it should be correct.
