New Gaming PC ($700-$800)

I've been looking at a couple lists for the past few days, and most of them seems outdated and there's lots of new items on the market.

I need a new gaming pc, within the budget of 700-800 Dollars, including OS (Win 8.1 64-bit), and a monitor. Also, my theme is going to be based around red and black colors, it doesn't really matter but hey, it would look better.

Just a heads up, I will be upgrading a little while after I build my pc, so hopefully that should help picking some parts out, and if you could also let me know which parts to keep in mind to upgrade that you put into the list that would be great! Thanks!

Thanks, and for future reference what CPU would you recommend for this build?

It depends when you upgrade as this motherboard will allow next gen chips also.

If its very soon though aim for an i5 for maximum gaming potential. The 4690k is the overclocking variant to match the motherboard but any i5 will do the trick for now.
