    • 15$. Know that the Evo 212 is great, though I think I can get a better one. Any other recommendations?

Here's a link to the build i'm planning for reference, thanks.

Phanteks TC12DX or Thermalright TS140 Power.

The Phanteks PH-TC12DX is the best performing cooler for that price to my knowledge. It also has no issues with memory compatibility on your mobo, looks good, and is quiet too.

Cryorig H5 Universal. An amazing cooler for less than 50 dollars, plus you get a 6 year warranty. 6 years! Not to mention the customer service is great.

Slightly better than the venerable 212 EVO, the Cryorig H7: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/cryorig-cpu-cooler-h7
