Noctua Air or Corsair Water?

Should I go with a Noctua nh-u14s or a Corsair h105 to cool an AMD FX-8350. Im getting the Noctua for $20 and the Corsair for $50. Here is the build I will be using. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/xxTsrH

Should let you know that the SSD is really bad for the price. Almost any other SSD is better so long as it doesn't have a Sandforce controller.

Also the Noctua is probably better bang-for-buck but the Corsair might cool a tiny bit better while also being much louder.

Yes, it will get around 50DB at full RPM from only 2 feet away.

For 30$ that's pretty damn good then. I have a Corsair H100i and it's very loud.
