water cooling temps

i built a new computer and currently water cooling it with the h100i with temps of around 29° C at idle and 33- 39° at load depending on the game i play. just want to know if these are normal temps or if i need to reset my cooler or do something to it.

That's normal. My CPU with an H100i it sitting at about 30C. It'll usually be a few degrees above room temperature at idle.
