Need help with motherboard, cpu coolers and fans!

I'm drafting a gaming build and have my eyes set on the Bitfenix Aegis case, simply put it's a beauty. The con of this case, it advertises up to 8 case fans but only comes with a single 120mm fan. I doubt I will be needing all 8 because I won't be doing much overclocking if at all but I would like to keep the system cool. My upper limit is £600. I know very little about AMD as well as motherboards and am wondering what mobo to get along with it. I'm looking at the ASRock FM2A88M EXTREME4+ however I worry that it doesn't have enough fan connectors. The final part I'm not sure about is the cpu cooler, no idea where to look.

My idea is that perhaps it's an idea to go with a radiator in the front, and a 140mm on top? As I said I know very little.

Current draft below:

TL; DR:

Max Budget: £600

Use: Gaming, minimal overclocking

Questions: What motherboard? What cpu cooler and fan set up should I get taking the case into account?

Idk much but I would get the i5 4460k Intel CPU which comes with a CPU fan that has paste pre applied if you budget is 600. Which will make you need a better power supply.

The Psu needs replacing: http://www.overclock.net/t/1500086/why-you-should-not-buy-an-evga-430-500-500b-600b-psu

R7 260x performs on par and in some cases better than the 750ti and is cheaper.

Top end of the budget but much better gaming performance
