Will my PSU be enough?

Hi, I have a 550 XFX power supply and was wondering if my power supply can be affecting my performance in games. I am upgrading to a water cooler and was hoping that my PSU was enough for it and to maybe over clock a little.I also maybe would like to add some case fans. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/d99Tf7

The PSU is fine for your intentions. The only thing that could push it near its limits, is if you used a custom firmware on the GPU to press the power limits way beyond factory under custom cooling and then ran P95+furmark.

Assuming you will only be overclocking your GPU within the limits of the factory firmware/bios and power envelope limits, then I think it would be pretty hard for you to ever pull more than ~400-450W from your PSU.

Don't get that cooler, its crap for its price which is normal for 120MM liquid coolers, I would recommend a Phanteks PH-TC12DX, its cheaper, cools better, and its quieter.
