After a color calibration this monitor is gorgeous. 1ms response times, G-Sync, 1440p @ 165hz all for under $500 (usually running between $400-$450 too) this monitor is a wise investment. Don't let the TN panel scare you.

Great monitor. Color isn't great at first and will need to be calibrated. 0 dead pixels and no backlight bleeding. I checked the back and its from batch A00.

At first I loved this monitor. Then I hated it. Then I thought it was alright. Then I hated it again.
Then I let it sit in the box for a few days. Pulled it back out, did a factory reset and gave calibration one last go before returning it. And I'm glad I did. You will have some color banding(because, TN panel) and you do have to compensate for the factory gamma settings using Nvidia Control Panel, but no matter what kind of panel you buy there are compromises to be made. The fast response time, high refresh rate, high pixel density and G-Sync made up for the slight color issues. I love this monitor. I'm buying 2 more as soon as they go on sale again.

Great monitor with few flaws. I keep it at 144Hz because any higher and I've heard there are issues. Limited viewing angles because it's TN, but the color (after calibration) is actually much better than others I've seen. Slight bit of backlight bleed in one corner but only noticeable on solid black screens. Otherwise a ridiculously low price for what you're getting.

The price seems to be dropping regularly for this monitor, which is very nice considering it's already a good deal. The build quality is perfect for me, the stand is rock solid, the mount has zero wobble, the bezel is super thin, the matte finish is lovely, and Dell doesn't believe in the flashy, RoG gamer aesthetic.
1440p at 24 inches provides good pixel density, and is perfect for gaming on. There is a 27 inch version for those closer on the spectrum to content creation, but this one perfectly fit my price range. Though, the TN panel likely means you'll look elsewhere. 1ms response time is a nice feature as well. 144Hz is, as everyone says, night and day compared to 60Hz gaming, and you should look for high refresh rates no matter what your price point is for a gaming PC. The advertised 165Hz overclock goes unused, as I don't notice the difference and would rather extend the life of the product, if only a little. Oh, and it has G-SYNC for buttery smooth everything.
I do notice that the monitor tends to flicker when my PC cold boots, which I think adds a good 5-10 seconds onto my boot times. Could be my configuration, could be something else.
Display inputs are sturdy and don't feel like they'll snap if I pull a cord, and the USB hub is a creature comfort for me.

24", 1440p, G-Sync. There's nothing else like this. Some would say TN is a compromise, but fortunately I'm not a sensitive to colors kinda person (even with an IPS panel next to it). I did not have to calibrate it, I'm pretty happy with how it looks by default. I was originally going to go for the 27" but seeing it in person overwhelmed me. Too much screen space. 24" is my sweet spot.
This is my first adult monitor and it's absolutely beautiful. Anti glare is wonderful and the settings are intuitive. Adjusting height and angle is no problem and the hole on the stand for cable management is clever.
Not one bad pixel and no noticeable backlight bleed. Too lucky for words.

Great Monitor! By far the cheapest and best option if you're looking to enjoy 1440P 144HZ and G-sync all in one!

Really was not sure if I wanted to do the 24" because I was really hung up on the 27" offerings. After getting this in guys I don't doubt my decision. Great color after minor tinkering and USB ports on the actual monitor. A fantastic stand with multiple points of articulation. Very slim bezel and an all black design. Obviously can't leave out the G-Sync and 144Hz refresh (165Hz w/ overclock!!!). Really couldn't be happier!

AWESOME. Not one bad pixel. Gsync and 165hz is killer. Out of the box the colors are really washed out, but after you adjust them it's a really nice screen. Viewing angles are just fine. No back light issues like the IPS panels. Dell monitor quality is unbeatable.
