I was able to enable DOCP using this kit with no issues. If you're wondering why this kit has such a massive premium over the F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC, it's because this kit uses Samsung B-Die.

Looks great, performs even greater. Was able to get it down to 14-15-15-30 from 16-16-16-36 with a relatively small bump in voltage and SOC voltage (1.38v / 1.031 respectively, stable after 1h 30m on Karhu RAM Test with 0 errors).
It is Samsung B-Die RAM and this is validated using the Thaiphoon program.
CL14 3600. What more could you ask for? God bless the developer of DRAM Calculator. Running Membench in the app, I was 0.52 seconds off the 'best time' recorded from the app.
UPDATE 11/05: Am now running this on 16-16-16-35 3733Mhz with IF 1:1. ~59GB Read and ~64.4ns latency on AIDA64 Free preformance! And better than CL14 3600mhz. Use DRAM Calculator 1.7.1 for best results.
One takeaway from this is don't forget to factor in Vdroop when setting DRAM Voltage & VCore SoC! I had to set my SoC higher to get the intended number from the calculator.
