Thought it was DOA when I installed it, but didn't realize that it had eco mode on and the fan doesn't spin up unless under load which is great!

Not much to say, its a high quality fully modular power supply. Didn't want to go cheap here, so I went with EVGA's Platinum series. Great for now, but I'll need to replace in a few years if I wanna go SLI for 4k or when games get more demanding.

In my opinion no need to buy 1000 - 1500 watts Power supply if you dont have 3-4 SLI also they are expensive but quality and stability soo important thats why i choose +80 platinium product and EVGA no need to say about Evga quality..

Never hear this thing, I had to take it out and test it to be sure the fan ran, cause it barely ever does. cables are all black and main ones are sleeved. Super nice, super efficient.

You'll see in the pictures I've got an EVGA SuperNOVA 650GS box, but after testing it the fan was bad and I returned it. Since a 750w PSU was recommended for the R9 390 (despite many people having no issues with 600-650w PSUs) I went ahead and got one just in case. The P2 was only $6 more than the G2, so I went with that. I love it. The build quality is impeccable and it's silent.

from completed build My big build, Revision #3: The finished product.
Overall quality is an A++ however there's a slight drawback if you choose to use the included cabling, they are rather stiff, on the short side, and getting some of the connectors to hook up to the PSU was slightly challenging.

Overkill but wanted to make sure if I ever go SLI I wouldn't need to upgrade. Also Platinum as I run it all day
