from completed build Little Shoebox
Face only a mother could love. Kind of ruin the colors of the build but it's the best at what it's supposed to do. Not a lot of options because of limited height inside the case. Cryorig C7 should fit and won't look ugly but apparently, they're very noisy. Noctuas stay cool and quiet.

Very quiet and not to shabby handling the ryzen 3600. Full TDP got toasty under full load though so limited the EDC of Ryzen 3600 in the BIOS and temps stayed around 70-75C.

The fan died after 5 years. I know it's not a short life span, but I've had intel stock coolers running for longer life than this. I replaced it with Cryorig C7 which is slightly louder but achieved lower temps. It still can have 3 stars from me for the silence though.

Lovely bit of kit. Very quiet and fits in my incredibly tiny PC-Q21 build.

PC will be on top of the desk right in front of my face so got this low noise cooler. Nothing fancy because there's not a lot of headroom in the small case. Fan is quiet and I can't hear any noise at all.

Very silent, thermal paste seems high quality both in 3rd party review standards as well as core temps recorded. It's a whisper even under load.

Very quiet and effective cooler. Also nicely packaged and came included with a few thoughtful accessories (like nice thermal paste and longer screws if you're using a 20mm deep fan).

Great little cooler, fairly loud in my Dan A4 and doesn't do a very good job at keeping a 4790K cool (82C no OC) but what more can you ask for in such a small form factor?

from completed build Momma Said Noctua Out!
This is the original cooler I bought for my build. I tried my hardest to find a bigger one that would fit the case, and more specifically, the RAM, but this is pretty much my only option. Ironically, it's what totally sold me on Noctua. They are so good at what they do.

Wow this has to be the quietest Thermal cooler in such a low profile. I Do enjoy it when a manufactures claims are on the nose. Only time will tell if it maintains the integrity of what I am currently not hearing. Will update in a few months maybe six if unchanged.
