a lot of people seem to say this but why a 280mm radiator instead of a triple fan 360mm radiator p.s i have reposted this on cpu coolers
r9 280x is better than the 960 but from there onwards go nvidia
no r9 295x2 get 970 sli cheaper and better
i5 4690k all the way. I know it is quite a bit lower than $300 however if you are going to make the switch to intel you will have to change your motherboard which can cost a lot. if you wanted to you could sell your current motherboard and get a bit back. But for under $300 this is in my opinion the best you could do.
I think this build is very good however you can get ddr3 2400 ram for £55 so you save £12 and with that I would get a slightly newer motherboard.
you could also look into he ezcool k9-270b case on dabs. it has three fans and is only £26. it isn't on this website and to find it on dabs you have to use criteria search instead of typing in the name. if you have a bit of money try getting a better cpu or get a cpu cooler.
Ok i'm going to be honest I don't know much about pc's and performance. I was looking at it from a money point of view.
Ok fair enough.
Personally I wouldn't spend nearly one thousand pounds on a 960gb ssd when you can spend under six hundred on two 1tb ssd from Samsung. You will save four hundred pounds and have 1040gb more ssd.
Swap the 8350 with a similar price i5. You get better gaming performance with the i5 however you would get better rendering and stuff with AMD
