Finaly I decide to go with this:

XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB 3D NAND PCIe NVMe Gen3x4 M.2 2280

The deal was good, had 30% off, I hope it will be ok for gaming

Thanks! I cant wait to try that beast!! Do you suggest a particular thermal paste for this cpu? I was going with kryonaut but I just read that the mx4 would be better for air cooling. Not sure if it will really have an impact.

nice build! I am going with the same cpu and the same cpu cooler than you but I was wondering if it wont get too hot. Your temp are 51c when gaming?

Thanks! I am not able to explain why but I can not go with amd since I have always had intel in the past. I think ill go with the 9900k pair with the dark rock pro 4 because I already own this cooler.

ok, i will look for other options, honestly i would not say no to save a few dollars but there is not much ram clearance with DRP4 and i do not know if other models would fit. The hyper X was the smallest that I have found for the moment.

I realize now that I did not give many informations!

So yeah, I am aware for the monitor but I already own it and will propably change it in a year or 2 but for now, it is OC at 75hz. But yes you are right, I guess that my rig will be a little bit overkill for the monitor.

It is a gaming pc at first but I am a video editor and I would like to be able to work from home time to time. I also does not change my rig really often and would probably keep this setup for 7 or 8 years (I will upgrade from a I7 2600k)

I was thinking of the Aorus z390 Pro or Asus rog strix z390-e and possibly change cooler and oc in 2 or 3 years. I guess these are good enough or maybe overkill?

I am in Canada (Quebec) and probably will buy on Newegg. My budget is around 1200-1400$ CAD. I forgot to say that I need ram (16go) and I would like to include something like an EVO 960 1TB.

nice build! I am thinking of a build very similar then yours. Is it noisy? I am trying to build something very silent when gaming.

wow thanks a lot!! did not know about Scythe !

I am not sure if I understand what you are saying with my case and the DRP4 but it's more like a RAM issue. My RAM is 50mm and the clearance is like 41mm I think. Maybe there is something I do not understand? I got the DRP4 today but I did not tryied to fit it yet.

I got the Fractal r4 for the moment with stuck fans and I am located in Quebec Canada. Maybe I'll change case too but not for now (GPU took all my money away...)

Edit: Now I am considering to just change my RAM for lower one.. To tell the truth, I have already received a DRP4 today that I ordered on Amazon to realize after that it did not fit in my case...

Ok so I should stay with air cooler? And since DRP4 does not fit in my case I guess I have no choice to go with the noctua one?
