Nope. No need. It looks good, but I didn't spend hours running them a certain way. It's tight, but done up so that it doesn't cause restrictions.

Function > Form ;)

It could be worse. He could be using a 1600W like he has listed.

What he means by the date, is it's been running for 6 months now (since Aug 2018).

Therefore, it's running stable for him after 6 months of use.

But, actual benchmark results would be interesting to see.

Eh, not terrible. Especially when compared to the 1600W psu he's got in the parts list.

I believe it's a Captain 240EX. Not 100% though.

From my understanding, the red tube sticking out is pretty much just for looks. The cooler boasts a "steam punk" design and they add that tube that loops right back into the cooler housing (not to the motherboard or anything). This tube will show the liquid flow for added effects.

I'd opt out of purchasing it, though. A bunch of plastic parts that aren't worth the headaches. Go with something a bit more reputable.

Dude, I ran into the same issue. Not sure if it's a software thing or what, but I can't get it working with my Aura lighting. The front is hidden on my desk, so I set it to white then let it be. But, it is aggravating.

$100 extra for the same thing, but RGB. Not sure I could justify that purchase. Even if there is $7000 in components on this build.

Very nice build.

The lot of photos is something uncommon here on PCPP, lol.

As for the license, I'm sure you won't be "banned", but it is indeed frowned upon to use.

I'm sure, at that price, it wouldn't be a surprise if it became an "inactivated" license after an unknown amount of time.

No problem, but 32gb (another 16gb) would likely be wasted money. Utilizing 32gb of memory would be hard to do. Not impossible or anything, just something that's likely not necessary.

16gb is the sweet spot.

Nice build!

For 1080p gaming*

Anything above 60fps on graphic demanding games would likely push the 1070 to the limit.
