Yeah, I saw a bunch of posts on r/ saying go with AIO or nothing. I was confused tbh.
what a relief to read your comment. thank you! I kept seeing posts that my cooler is bad compared to x62 Kraken, also another post that if I get an 8700k I needed to get it delid or it was useless to get it. I was even told to get the 8700 instead of deliding.
Wow. I was looking at the GPUs on Newegg.ca. thanks!
I really want the RTX 2080, I live in Canada and it costs around $1300 just the non-Ti version. It's really expensive, I don't know if the price increased since launch. All I know is that I want it.
so I need to sell the GPU and get the 2080?
Alright, thank you.
Do you think Corsair is a good brand for AIOs?
I was wondering because I already have a GTX 1070 from EVGA. The monitor I have is an Asus 144hz 1080p. I was thinking of selling my 1070 for 2070 at a later date.
Also, I wanted to go with AIOs like the Kraken x62 so it'll match with my Gskillz Trident RGB ram sticks. I don't know a lot about liquid cooling, and kinda intimidates me when I see videos about it. lol.
I cried. It's so clean.
Awesome, thank you so much!
I want to overclock my CPU from 4.8ghz to 5.0ghz. Around that. I was thinking of buying the Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 4.
hows the temps with the stock cpu cooler?
God bless the **** out of you, You have cleansed my eyes with a pure organized desk setup. 10/10
Ok, young vlad.
I honestly think you could've kept the stock cooler and used the $30 USD on a 2x4GB Ram, since Ryzen benefit from dual channel. 750watts is way overkill. 500watts is enough for a Ryzen 1600 and a 1070. Other than that good build
Wow, I honestly didn't even see them. Thanks a lot!
Do you have any recommendations? =)
Thanks for the help! :)
Will do! Thank you!
Thank you! Yes, It is all in Canadian dollar. :P
Get a Bronze Semi 550w PSU
After I upgrade my CPU, my RAM will be next!. Thanks
Aww man. I just bought 2x4GB 3000mhz from Corsair for $140CDN :( oh well.
Alright, thank you! :)
how did you mod the PSU? I have the same but mine didn't come in black and white cables :)
I think he means Turbo Boost.
Wow, I learned so much. Thank you.
Oh ok. I currently have 2x4GB Corsair LPX 3000mhz. Can I buy another 2x4GB same speed and and model and put them together? or I'm gonna have to buy a completely new 2x8GB?
What do you think of this board?
that cpu cooler I will just keep it for i5-8400 until I get i7-8700k and then I'll switch to a Noctua
Shadow of War
Assassin's Creed Origin
Far Cry 5
many of the games that I get are CPU intensive. Everybody recommends me Intel for higher frame rate since I have a 144hz monitor and a 1070.
Can you tell me what's the difference between B360 and Z370. I'm new to PC.
And Let's say I got a i5-8400. and years later I wanna get a i7-8700k. Wouldn't the Z370 be better?
I wanna use it only for gaming. I also have a 144hz Asus Monitor.
But is it better that I get Z370 if I wanna upgrade my CPU in the future?
I play games like Shadow of War & Destiny 2 at Medium-Low settings barely hitting 60fps.
CPU : Ryzen 3 1300x (I will upgrade to a Ryzen 5 1600 soon after I get a new GPU)
Motherboard : MSI Gaming Pro B350m
RAM: Corsair 2x4GB 3000mhz
GPU: Asus Dual OC 1050 Ti
Power Supply: EVGA BQ 500w 80+ Bronze (I will upgrade it with my GPU)
nice build, i like how you don't need to upgrade anything in the future except the GPU. 5/5.
Sweeeet Build. Love the CPU cooler.
sorry for the late reply, you don't need to unscrew anything just rotate the cooler to 90 degrees.
I can't really spend that much on a CPU. I still need to think about my GPU, PSU, RAM, CASE. :)
Alright, I'll go with the 1600. Thanks!
you do realise you can rotate the ring of the stock cooler to the left...
holy crap, thats a power house, but i wanna know if a 450W psu is enough for 1070?
i was panicking after i ordered the motherboard and found out it can't run faster ram, then i spent hours searching but i could've just went to the manufacturer's website and see if they had a update for bios/driver, i'm a noob when it comes to PC's.
It will work fine, he'll need to update the bios though.
