Yes you are right. I want clean, sleek build but white leds would be nice touch maybe 2 infront and 2 top? Happy to look at your recommendation too.
Are these good? Can I change the colors to white from multi-colour?
Nice touch. I heard phanteks or corsair fans are the best (quality/low noise levels?) can I add more LED (white or silver) fans? Wanna make it more cool :) but not over do it...
Awesome mate. this looks much better. By the way, how do I add white/silver fans to my front of case maybe 2x120 or 140mm? Is that jsut RGB light attached to stock fan or you get actual RGB/LED (white/silver) fans and also can I get like corner swap or what you call it that you stick it on all 4 fan corners? Sorry about my English its not my native language. How can I make it more beautiful aesthically?
Do you think 3800X is worth the money over 3700X?
I see mixed reviews Intel is stronger for gaming and AMD for all around and multi tasking such as work etc...
Yes thats right
Sorry I am not interested in AMD build nor have the money for new AMD dedicated build.
Any recommendation for SSD & HDD?
Some info in there is incorrect. Just a simple example: FireCudda is not PMR and is not 7200 RPM....
Any result? Real world test, proof?
but thats for surveillance, video recording right? it even says that on the hdd itself.
what do you mean by 1st party software package?
SMR is it bad?
Ohhh I see. That explains. Then if I were to use M.2 drive is there a way to know which sata port will be disabled?
How to check them for bad sectors and/or I/O issues? Never done it before. How would I know if its bad or good?
I see. But i would not really benefit and see the performance improvement of NVMe if I dont transfer data between 2 NVMe SSDs right? I mean transferring files between 2.5 SATA SSD and NVMe will be limited right?
PC. for each specific task pls.
No more than 1400$. I dont want best bang for buck. I jsut some thing that is best performance overall for everything. :)
Or did I get K and KF in reverse? K means there is iGPU like 630 for i5 - 7600k and KF means it has no iGPU so therefore needs to have something like 2070 Super?
Just need a new build besides my current :)
Thanks mate. Cheers
I dont think the HDD version will house SATA 2.5. Just read the reviewes.
Instead, do you think this would fit as it says for Enthoo series?
Also, which would be better value for money when comparing NVMe vs. M.2 and how is the real world difference in boots, speeding, opening of applications, games etc.?
I am thinking of buying HP EX920 NVMe 1TB SSD for 129 USD. Do you have any other reliable good speed SATA SSD 2.5' to recommend maybe for cheaper price? if it's only 10-15$ difference I am sticking with NVMe.
but benchmark says otherwise. HUGE HUGE difference. https://ssd.userbenchmark.com/Compare/HP-EX920-NVMe-PCIe-M2-1TB-vs-Crucial-MX500-1TB/m488611vsm406099
Good point. Thank u
Amazon HDD really that bad? Newegg is bit expensive and had to pay extra shipping price...
thank you for the information. What is PWM and DC mode? Do I run these with different application/software?
Enthoo Pro M Acrylic is my case. And MSI Z270 SLI PLUS ATX LGA1151 is my motherboard. The case came with 2 x Phanteks PH-F140SP_BK 82.1 CFM 140 mm Fan (It's 3 pin fan - 1 front and 1 rear)
The question now is: Would I be able to add 3 x Original fans (Phanteks PH-F140SP_BK 82.1 CFM 140 mm Fan 3 pin - 1+ front and 2 on top) Will my motherboard support these? How can I see if my motherboard will support 3 or 4 pin fans? Thank you.
Then thats great. Would u be able to recommend me good 120mm or 140mm fans?
I see. Generally speaking, I will browse internet, play games, do some video editing and streaming and transfer some few gb files at times (not always). Would I preferably need heatsink? If so which heatsink would be best combined with one of these Sabrent Rocket 1 TB NVMe (Not 4.0 version) or HP EX920.
Bump. Please help
Yea. I would like to keep my 240 PNY as my boot and 1 TB SSD for games and microsoft office apps etc. and HDD for just storage.
thank you so much for your great insightful advice. much appreciated man.
Are you saying there is no difference in speed, read/write and durability when using SATA 2.5" vs NVMe SSD?? I want faster, better read/write and durable SSD that can last me 3-5 years... :(
Is this good SSD? https://pcpartpicker.com/product/rwcRsY/pny-xlr8-cs3030-1-tb-m2-2280-nvme-solid-state-drive-m280cs3030-1tb-rb
Also, is WD Black or Blue which is better? I have WD Black 4 TB in mind for 175$ is that too expensive?
What other reliable good HDD can you recommend?
So I cant have 2 NVMe SSDs in 2xM.2 slots? or 1 NVMe SSD and 2.5" SSD?
I see. Since I have very limited knowledge I may sound like a fool but why wont sata 5 & 6 wont work? should I be able to use all 6 x satas? Sorry if noob question...
On top of my current 2.5" SSD and 1 TB 3.5" HDD, can I add the following, will it have enough slot on the motherboard to plug them without any interference? Please advise me if there will be any compatibility issues? Thank you.

Thanks for the comprehensive input. So should I get a 2.5" SATA SSD or NVMe SSD? Which is better choice in terms of durability and reliability? Can you also provide me with few selections links? I want to be 2 x 500 GB or 1 TB good SSD. Pls help me.
I dont really understand what is the use of more core and what is multithreaded mean??? what are some real time example? Sorry if this is noob question.
