custom watercool - https://pcpartpicker.com/list/TJZ4hq

AIO cooled - https://pcpartpicker.com/list/yR6c7h

the price difference between the 2 is $1788.2 if i got the inwin case for water cool it be $1318.2

and if both had phanteks enthoo evolv atx glass for $200

the 1700 build would be $3779.19

and the 1800x build would be $5127.39 at their cheapest/my level of compromise.

i wasnt sure if my first response to this went through but here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jRJ9pb updated**

I bookmarked both pages and am going to comb over your build notess

went with the founders edition 1080 ti like suggested as the blower will dissapate heat out instead of mess thermal/airflow inside the case.

It has 1x140mm fan on the case, then the rest is the 360mm rad space on top???

how is your air dynamics on your PC 07 build because i dont see any additional case fans.

and whats your steam??

Thanks again,

*** sorry if this is a double post, my internet is being troublesome atm.. :)

hey friend! thanks for the quick reply, i managed to find 2 other member son here using the PC-07 Which i believe im going to go with as well.

(links to both members builds respectively) http://pcpartpicker.com/b/yrZ8TW

http://pcpartpicker.com/b/n23bt6#cx2327504

The first member I believe did a some modding of his case to allow 2 extra 120 or 140mm fans(i forgot) for his back side as more intake i believe then the air gets exhausted through the top.

I of course have reservations of modding a $300 case but i suppose we shall see what temps say in summertime at loads but given the smaller confined space, doesnt seem like a terrible ideas if your decent with power tools. My step dads a general contractor and has a bunch of stuff so worst case scenario id use maybe his multi tool ect.

Updated it again, trying to get away from HDD's as i want to build a FreeNas System in the future but for the price idk how you go wrong with the storage :)

**This is without the 2 extra case fans for the mod http://pcpartpicker.com/user/boadicea/saved/JVxmGX

Love this build! +1 :D

considering it over my entho evolv atx glass i got, simply for the fact it can be wall mounted..

Quick question, I thought that Formula board was only for CL Cooling as theres a premounted Ek block?

Thats why i was going with the Ix code instead for my kraken AIO. but i see u have a captain on there?? How ? lol

Otherwise id go with the formula myself :))

thanks for the response, this is a build im currently still debating on doing, i have the entho atx glass case but its really big, and i love how the lian li is wall mountable! certainly there is more room in the phanteks than the pc 06 but its a hard debate between myself. lol

heres what im working on right now

props on your new TG model! i got the satin one myself, i like your cable management in the back but i think with your custom cables it may make it easier then using the big bundles with standard psu's. i will certainly have to go back and revisit that for mine.

+1!

1080 is a waste to get on this build and 1070 is overkill at 1080p since the 1070 can rip through 1440p. most likely 1050-1060/ti if those come out

a user a few post above said i should look into these http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f43200c16d16gvkb

now they are $5 more then the kingstons, and dont come with a game.

why should i get 3200 speed over 2400?

t my msi 890gxm-g65 took a poo, it had phenom ii x4 965 BE cpu, and 8gb generic ram.

i had a failing hard drive and it was right when i was in my server class so i just decided to have my parents split the cost.

the computer i also got from my step dad but he knows nothing about computers, he drilled frickn holes in the side of the case i have currently because he thought it would circulate better - _-
