The 1050 ti will be better, but as others have said, if you can get into a GTX 1060 3GB or a RX470/480, that would be ideal and you will be playing at high/ultra

I think that is a good match however, take a look at the newer 845. Seems to have better performance at a lower price.

this has a 1060 3GB card. Yes this build is a very capable gaming rig. If building something similar, I'd try for a little better CPU but I have not had any concerns with this one. Most i5's excel at gaming, even older ones like the 2400.

can you explain what the difference is here. Seems like the P version has lower clock, lower integrated graphics and higher TPD and costs more.
Not trying to be wise, I truly do not understand this.

I see why you would say that since there is nothing to show off in the case, in fact it is ugly in there. The case seemed interesting, wanted to try it. As it turns out the only thing you can really see on the inside is the blue led fan which is kind of neat. Just hard to show that in photos.

wondering if he was going to say: a 6GB 1060. The reason for the 3GB is that I wanted to be in specific budget for resale. The added $70 for a 6GB would have put me $70 over :)

EVGA has always given me excellent customer service. Send it back for RMA. It should be free shipping both ways due to this issue. Or return it for a refund to where you bought it (newegg premier has free shipping on returns) and buy a different card if you simply cannot wait.

I have a 6600k and a 1060 6GB. I play ultra at 70-80 FPS @ 1080p. 1440p is more like 40-50 fps. As you know the game is poorly optimized, at least survival is. I know the devs put a lot more effort into the KOTK so it may run much more smoothly.

if you plan to upgrade to 1440p or 4k get the 8GB, otherwise the 4Gb will be fine.

I actually agree with the cable management. Though "the worst " is a little harsh. Though there is not much space behind the mobo to stuff anything. Since there is no window, I was more focused on airflow than looks. If you look through my other builds, you'll see much better things!!

you won't max out graphics with the 6100/1060 3gb combo but your games will look very nice with minor adjustments to certain settings. I have the 1060 3GB in 2 set up with older intel cpu and gameplay is beautiful, just not ultra max on all settings.

Here are some video examples: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYxaK_4hyJs

This one was recorded with MSI AB so the cpu use is way higher than normal: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ILvmvz-krKI

I am using a old nikon 60mm Micro lens (manual focus even!). On the d3200 it is probab;y more like an 80-90mm focal length which give a little telephoto compression. The images are very much sharper than they are with the standard crappy zoom lens that comes with the camera. I got for $40 free shipping from KEH.com in mint condition this past spring.

I don't think so, this is the second time I have used it and both are identical. Might be that the lens is slightly telephoto.
