There is no free version of Windows and re-sale of VLK are absolutely still against TOS.

The BIOS issue is why this system is still on a 2200G. Without access to an older CPU, a significantly more expensive motherboard, or moving to X570, the system will potentially have issues. The goal of this system is to be as low cost as possible without sacrificing performance for basic home office tasks.

If/when AMD ever releases B550 or a similar chipset for the 3000 series CPUs we would happily upgrade to a 3200G.

Streaming AND recording is always messy and generally requires a pretty hefty setup even beyond something like this guide depending on your configuration. You will likely be better off starting from the AMD version of this guide.
