Maybe not, but I like the hint of RGB. I am going to cut out a side panel and add acrylic soon so it really will no longer be a sleeper ;)

Not a stupid question. It does not affect the thermals with what I have right now; however, a more powerful system might have increased thermals. my GPU and CPU never thermal throttle. Always below 70 C

Yes, this is an older build. I would have needed a different motherboard for the 8400, and I got my motherboard for $20. I will most likely upgrade the motherboard in the future so I can overclock, but the 6600K is working just fine in gaming at 1080p. Also, 4 cores are generally enough for gaming.

I have a 6600K and at 1080p, Epic settings will NOT work. You would need a graphics card. with the i5 6600K alone, you can expect ~30fps on medium and ~60fps on low. With my GTX 1060 3gb, I can get 120+ fps on epic settings. I would HIGHLY recommend a GPU.

Sadly, for PC builders like me, it's not just the GPUs... It's the RAM! I got the simplest green looking 2x4 gb sticks of ram, and it was 88$! I would have liked 16gb in my build, but to bad that ram is in such a high demand.

Nice build. Are the 1060s not being produced anymore? I got a 1060 3gb for $190, and I'm glad I did. The prices arose, and now they are going out of stock.

Looks great! Cable management isn't bad at all; it's nice to have a case with a basement to stash your cables in.

Looks great! I think there is more than a "hint" of RGB! You've got some good looking and quality parts.

How much FPS do you get on PUBG? Oh and nice case; the case that i built with didn't have a "basement" to stash all my unused cables in from my non-modular PSU.
